30.11 Date filter
30.11.1 Overview ¶
The date filter checks the received date of the message - the time when it arrived in the mailbox. It limits the processing scope to certain time periods (e.g. “only mails from the last 30 days” or a fixed quarterly range).

30.11.4 Use cases ¶
Current processing - last 30 days
Received date is within the last 30 days
Useful for a profile that was activated only recently and should ignore older mails.
Quarterly processing
Received date is between 01/01/2026 and 03/31/2026
Processes mails from the first quarter of 2026 only; the date is adjusted for the next quarter.
30.11.5 Tip ¶
- With the operator is within the last, the calculation is performed from the current point in time - the value shifts daily. With is between, the dates are fixed
