30.6.1 Overview ¶
Date criteria compare a date of the invoice or file with a period or a relative time window.

The relative operators calculate from the time of processing - “invoice date newer than 12 months” therefore permanently accepts only invoices of the last twelve months, without the filter ever needing adjustment.
Typical use: exclude old invoices (“newer than 12 months”), or fill a year-end folder only with invoices of a certain period (“between Jan 1 and Dec 31”).
