4 Profile List

4.1 Overview

The profile list shows all processing profiles with their key data. Double-clicking an entry opens the profile settings (see chapter 8). Multi-selection is supported - the toolbar actions (activate, deactivate, remove, catch up) then apply to all selected profiles.

4.2 Columns

Column Content
Active Checkbox for switching the profile on/off directly
Name Profile name. If an active profile would never do anything (no monitored folder or no active task), a yellow warning symbol ⚠ appears in front of it - the tooltip explains why.
Mode Short form of the processing mode: “XML”, “PDF”, or “XML from PDF” (see chapter 8.7)
Created/Modified Time of creation or last modification
Last run When the profile last processed a file in a regular run; “-” if never
Caught up When catch-up processing last completed for the profile, followed by the caught-up period in parentheses - e.g. “7/12/2026 4:30 PM (7/1/2026 - 7/12/2026)”, or “(unlimited)” without a period restriction (see chapter 60.2)
Monitored folders Number and paths of the monitored folders
Comment Free-text comment from the profile settings

All times are shown in local time. Columns can be sorted by clicking the column header, and their width can be adjusted. When sorting, activated profiles always stay at the top: the clicked column only sorts ascending or descending within the active and inactive groups.

4.3 Color highlighting

If a profile color is enabled in the profile settings (see chapter 8.6), the row is highlighted in that color. This makes it easy to distinguish, for example, profiles of different departments at a glance.

4.4 Context menu

Entry Function
Edit… Opens the profile settings of the selected profile (same as double-clicking)
Select all Selects all visible profiles
Select none Clears the selection
Invert selection Inverts the current selection
Export profile… Exports the selected profiles to a JSON file (see chapter 60.4); disabled while no profile is selected

4.5 Getting-started card

As long as no profile exists, the getting-started card appears in place of the log list, with a quick guide and the Set up demo button (see chapters 1.4 and 50.3).
