8.10 Filter
8.10.1 Overview ¶
The filter decides which invoices the profile processes. It consists of a list of criteria (property/operator/value) combined with AND/OR. Without criteria, the profile processes all files of the selected mode. All criteria are described in detail in chapter 30.

8.10.3 AND/OR connection ¶
From the second criterion on, you choose per row how it connects to the previous criterion:
- AND - both conditions must match
- OR - it is sufficient if one of the conditions matches
8.10.4 Result preview ¶
Below the criteria list, a compact result preview shows for each example invoice (see chapter 8.9) whether the current filter matches - for non-matches including the criterion that fails. Refresh re-evaluates the filter. The full preview including the task results is provided by the Result preview page (see chapter 8.11).
