Automatic Email Processor has detected a corrupted Office installation! Usually, a simple repair is sufficient
so that Office automation is possible again.
Procedure:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Click on Uninstall Programs.
- Click on the Office program you want to repair (for example, Microsoft Office 2019).
- Click on Change.
- Click on Repair.
- Click on Next.
However, if a 64-bit Office was installed at an earlier time and a 32-bit Office installed afterward, or if
first a new Office version was installed and now an older one - a simple Office uninstallation via the Control Panel does left some
values in the registry that make automation impossible. There are two possible solutions:
- The manual removal of certain registry entries (takes about 2 minutes). Subsequently, the
link to the tutorial.
- An Office uninstallation and subsequent reinstallation. Please be sure to use the
Office Uninstall Tool from Microsoft, which also removes the
mentioned remains from the registry.
