Automatic Email Processor has detected a corrupted Office installation! Usually, a simple repair is sufficient so that Office automation is possible again.

Procedure:

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on Uninstall Programs.
3. Click on the Office program you want to repair (for example, Microsoft Office 2019).
4. Click on Change.
5. Click on Repair.
6. Click on Next.

However, if a 64-bit Office was installed at an earlier time and a 32-bit Office installed afterward, or if first a new Office version was installed and now an older one - a simple Office uninstallation via the Control Panel does left some values in the registry that make automation impossible. There are two possible solutions:

1. The manual removal of certain registry entries (takes about 2 minutes). Subsequently, the link to the tutorial.
2. An Office uninstallation and subsequent reinstallation. Please be sure to use the Office Uninstall Tool from Microsoft, which also removes the mentioned remains from the registry.
